The ScrumMaster is the custodian of employment contracts, but the whole team has a responsibility to question if someone breaks the agreement. As the work agreements have been agreed by the team, the perception of personal attacks and confrontations is eliminated. In the spirit of transparency and continuous improvement, team members should review employment contracts from time to time and ask, „Should they be updated?“ Faced with friction between some members of the team, he opted for a 1-2-4 model to discuss possible agreements. This model aims to ensure that everyone has a voice in this process: after all, the team is committed to maintaining the working agreement as the only source of truth, how people work together, provide value, take care of themselves and each other and do all that is the greatest potential of the group. The strength of the labour agreement lies in the team`s obligation to hold each other to account. Without a degree of commitment and responsibility, team members can under-perfect their own work. For this reason, the agreement should be established by the entire team, and each point equal points should be agreed by each member of the team. If a team member doesn`t support an item, remove it. The team makes its own work agreement.
Otherwise, you cannot expect full support or accountability. Your teamwork agreement must be made accessible and easy to maintain by all team members. It`s easy to forget something you`ve only seen once in a meeting. Find creative ways to get the most important elements of your agreement consistently in your team`s line of sight.
